Mr. Tomisich is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Cheyenne office. Prior to joining the firm in 2018 Mr. Tomisich mentored under Donald P. Prehoda, Jr. for over seven years in Laramie, Wyoming. Mr. Tomisich currently advises clients as to the various tax and legal implications associated with the areas of estate planning, which includes preparing wills, powers of attorney, and trusts; trust and estate administration, which includes advising trustees and estate administrators with regard to all manners of administration; business planning, which includes business formation, operation, mergers, sales, and liquidations; and real estate transactions, which includes preparing commercial and residential lease agreements and representing clients in sales transactions.
Education and Licensure: Mr. Tomisich received his B.S. in Management from the University of Wyoming in 2006, his J.D. from the University of Wyoming – College of Law in 2010, and his Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013. Mr. Tomisich is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming.
