Farrah is a partner in the firm’s Park City, Utah office where practices family law and estate planning. Farrah’s practice focuses on a wide range of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, modification, enforcement, termination of parental rights and adoption. Farrah’s personal background enhances her ability to relate to her clients and enables her to be sensitive to the impact these matters have on families, especially children. Farrah is proud of the work that family law attorneys provide to their clients and advocates toward resolutions outside the courtroom, as this has the least detrimental effect upon the family. However, she understands that there are times that the involvement of the court is necessary to reach a resolution, and, in that case, Farrah is fully prepared to represent her client’s best interests in a courtroom setting.
Farrah also works as a family law mediator in Wyoming. She is available to assist parents with creating a parenting plan for their children following divorce. Farrah is a member of the Utah Association of Collaborative Professionals and assists clients in obtaining a divorce through the collaborative process.
Farrah has enjoyed transitioning her practice to include assisting clients with their estate planning needs. Farrah also has extensive experience in the preparation of prenuptial agreements.
Most of Farrah’s personal life is dedicated to her family. Her children keep life busy and fun.
Education and Licensure: Farrah received a B.A. in Psychology and Administration of Justice, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Wyoming in 1999 and then her law degree from the University of Wyoming, School of Law in 2002. Farrah is licensed to practice law in Utah and Wyoming.
Community Service: Farrah is a past member of the Summit County Fair Board and is currently serving on the Board of PC Tots. She is a member of the Park City Sunrise Rotary Club and the Park City Community Foundation Women’s Giving Fund. Farrah was a member of Leadership Park City Class XIX. She enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and being involved in the Park City community.
