Summary of Practice: Mr. Pieper joined the firm in 2015 and works primarily out of the firm’s Denver, Colorado office. Mr. Pieper’s practice is primarily comprised of assisting individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations with their federal, state, and local tax issues. Mr. Pieper’s practice also includes transactional areas of real estate, tax compliance services, estate planning, corporate law, partnership law, trust and probate administration, and asset protection planning.
Education and Licensure: Mr. Pieper received his B.A. in Accounting from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa (2008), his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College Of Law (2015), and his master of laws in taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Denver College of Law (2016). Mr. Pieper is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming and Arizona, and is a licensed CPA in Colorado.
Prior Experience: Prior to entering the legal professional, Mr. Pieper practiced as a certified public accountant for a regional accounting firm, specializing in complex corporate, partnership, trust, international, non-profit, natural resource and individual tax compliance issues.
