Ms. Staehr is a Jackson native and focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, international planning, tax planning, business planning, and real estate.

Education and Licensure: In 1996, Ms. Staehr received an A.B. in English, graduating magna cum laude with honors from Dartmouth College; she received an M.A. in English and Creative Writing from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001, and a J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law, graduating order of the coif and with honors in 2011. Ms. Staehr is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming.

Prior Experience: As a Wyoming native, Ms. Staehr is well acquainted with the global reach as well as the solid Western values held by many residents of the state. Having spent time in the U.K. as well as in both East and West Africa, Ms. Staehr puts her international experience to work for U.S. and foreign clients in building tax, estate, and business plans that not only tackle jurisdictional problems but also deal with the real life realities of individual locales. Additionally, Ms. Staehr ran a small not-for-profit in Western Massachusetts for a number of years, an experience that provided her with insight into the needs of and challenges faced by tax-exempt organizations.
