Ms. Klemt received a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.A. in International Studies and a minor in Spanish, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Wyoming in 2001, and then her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2006. Ms. Klemt became a member of the Order of the Coif and served as the Managing Editor of the Maryland Law Review while in law school.
She is licensed to practice in Colorado, Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
Ms. Klemt is an associate in the firm’s Boulder office. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Ms. Klemt was a corporate associate with WilmerHale LLP in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Ms. Klemt held a summer associate position with WilmerHale and participated in the University of Maryland’s Economic, Housing and Community Development Clinic. Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Klemt was an international trade specialist with the Commercial Service division of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
