Mr. Robinson is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Robinson thrives on formulating creative solutions to complex planning issues. Mr. Robinson concentrates his practice in the areas of wealth transfer planning, estate planning, asset protection planning, business succession and charitable gift planning, estate and trust administration, tax controversy, transactional tax and business planning and tax-exempt organizations.
For many years, prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Robinson was intimately involved in the ownership, management and operation of several closely-held family businesses. Mr. Robinson’s business experience provides him with unique hands-on insight, experience and education when counseling and assisting clients to design and implement practical solutions to achieve his client’s goals.
Mr. Robinson is admitted to practice law in Wyoming, Colorado and the United States Tax Court and currently serves on the legal committee of The Community Foundation serving Boulder County. He received a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Southern Utah University in 2001 and then his J.D. in 2002 and Masters of Business Administration in 2003 from the University of Wyoming and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Denver in 2009.
