Mr. McGuffey received his B.S. in Business Administration in 2004 and his J.D. in 2008 from the University of Wyoming. While earning his undergraduate degree he was also a member of the University of Wyoming football team.
Mr. McGuffey is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Colorado and is a Certified NFLPA Contract Advisor. He is a member of the Wyoming Bar Association, Laramie County Bar Association, Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council, Sports Lawyers Association, and Colorado Bar Association.
Mr. McGuffey also sits on the Meals on Wheels of Cheyenne, Wyoming Board of Directors as well as the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Mr. McGuffey joined Long Reimer Winegar Beppler LLP as an associate in September of 2008.
