Mr. Beppler has been a resident of the State of Wyoming for most of his life. He joined the firm as a partner in 2009, and is currently the managing partner of the firm’s Evanston, Wyoming, and Park City, Utah offices.

Education and Licensure: Mr. Beppler received a B.A. degree in political science from the University of Wyoming in 1973 and his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1976. He is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Utah.

Prior Experience: Mr. Beppler began his legal career as the law clerk for Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Robert R. Rose. In 1979, he entered the private practice of law in Evanston, Wyoming. During the early part of his career in Evanston, Mr. Beppler also served as Deputy Uinta County Attorney with a focus on civil matters including tax-exempt bond financing.

Community Service: Mr. Beppler has served as a board director and officer for a number of non-profit organizations, including the Wyoming State Bar Foundation; Uinta Recycling, Inc.; Evanston Area Community Foundation; Uinta County Library Board; Evanston Urban Renewal Board; and B.E.A.R. Project, Inc. He was named as the 2005 “Citizen of the Year” for Evanston, Wyoming. Mr. Beppler is a past member of the Board of Bar Commissioners for the Wyoming State Bar, and is a former chair of both the Wyoming Board of Professional Responsibility and the Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Wyoming Lawyers Health Benefit Trust; a Director of the Wyoming State Bar Health Foundation; and a Commissioner of the Wyoming Center for Legal Aid. He is member of the Board of Directors of 1st Bank.

Memberships and Professorships: Mr. Beppler is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He served as an Adjunct Professor of Law (Estate Planning) at the University of Wyoming College of Law for the spring semester of 2011. He is a member of the Uinta County Bar Association, the ABA Section Real Property, Trust & Estate Law and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council.
