Partner Timothy O. Beppler recently completed a 40-hour basic mediation training workshop provided by Utah Dispute Resolution. Tim is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and has extensive experience with trust and estate administration issues. He plans to offer facilitative and evaluative mediation services to Wyoming and Utah families who find themselves involved in trust and estate conflicts. According to Beppler, “the mediation process is well suited to assist families in resolving trust and estate conflicts, while preserving relationships through better communication and collaboration.”
Tim joins Partner Farrah L. Spencer in an expansion of the mediation services provided by Long Reimer Winegar Beppler. Ms. Spencer also received mediation training from Utah Dispute Resolution, and is an experienced mediator of family law disputes.
