Heather N. Bradford
Heather Bradford joined the firm in 2024 and works primarily out of the Park City and Evanston offices. Heather focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, real estate, and civil litigation regarding trusts & estates.
Heather is a Wyoming native. Raised on a cattle ranch her family has owned for several generations, and hopes to preserve, Heather understands the complex nature of trust and estate administration and legacy planning. When she is not in the office, Heather enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Heather graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Utah in 2021, magna cum laude. She attended the University of Wyoming College of Law, and graduated with honors in 2024.
Heather is licensed to practice in Wyoming.
Experience & Scholarship
While in law school Heather was an extern for Wyoming Supreme Court Justice John Fenn, a summer law clerk for Long Reimer Winegar LLP, a summer law clerk for the Wyoming Attorney General’s office, a Student Editor for the Wyoming Law Review, and a student in the College of Law’s Estate Planning Practicum.
In addition to her experience, Heather was chosen as a semi-finalist for the Judge Clarence A. Brimmer Scholarship, and was awarded the Terry W. Mackey Scholarship for trial excellence.
