Nick Bjorklund is an associate in the firm’s Denver office. Nick focuses his practice on estate and business planning matters, trusts, conservatorships, situs planning, and related matters. Nick is a Certified Digital Asset Advisor.

In his off time, Nick trains as a powerlifter.

Nick received his B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Colorado Mesa University (2010, summa cum laude) and his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law (2016, with honors).

Nick is currently licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming.

Prior Experience

Prior to studying to become an attorney, Nick worked in the financial services industry in Chicago, IL.
Before joining Long Reimer Winegar LLP as an associate, he worked as an associate with the firm of Dufford, Waldeck, Milburn & Krohn, LLP in Grand Junction, Colorado. While in law school, Nick served as an Article Editor for the Wyoming Law Review, served as a Research Assistant to Professor Darrell D. Jackson, and as a member of the Estate Planning Practicum.
