Jason Wasserburger

Jason D. Wasserburger is a 4th generation native Wyomingite who grew up on his family’s ranch north of Lusk.  A graduate of Niobrara County High School, he attended the University of Wyoming, where he received the prestigious Admiral Emory S. Land and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science.  Jason later attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and graduated in May 2008.  Jason is active in the Cheyenne, Wyoming community and many others in Wyoming as a top Wyoming High School Activities Association wrestling official and is the head rules interpreter for Wyoming. He helped create and chaired the NCHS Alumni Golf Tournament, a successful nonprofit that donates money to Niobrara County students for scholarships and activities. When not working as an attorney or official, Jason coaches his boys in soccer, wrestling, and any other activities they are crazy enough to try.  He enjoys cooking smoked barbeque for his friends and family.

Prior to Long Reimer Winegar LLP, Jason served as a water policy advisor for Governor Mead where he advised on a litany of water issues that affected the State of Wyoming.  Jason also worked for Throne Law Office, P.C. and Lubnau Law Office, PC on natural resources and property law matters.  Jason came to Long Reimer Winegar LLP following the successful sale of Cowboy State Title, which was owned by WSH Law Offices, LLC, owned by Jason and Rio D. Smith.
