Jordan Chandler is an associate with Long Reimer Winegar LLP. Ms. Chandler joined the firm in 2017 and works in the Jackson office.  The focus of Ms. Chandler’s practice is on trust, estate, and tax planning as well as related matters such as situs, wealth transfer, and legacy planning.

Ms. Chandler earned her B.S. degree in Finance from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Ms. Chandler later earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Denver Strum College of Law.

Ms. Chandler is licensed to practice law in Wyoming.

Community Service

Ms. Chandler serves as Director of the Wyoming Trust Association. Since 2009, Ms. Chandler has served as a trustee of the J.W. and M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation, a foundation that serves Appalachian communities in Southeast and Central Ohio, where Ms. Chandler grew up.

Experience

Before attending law school, Ms. Chandler worked in Washington, D.C. in various financial services roles, focusing on trust, investment, and wealth management operations for high net worth clients. During that time, she oversaw staff and worked as a project lead in the development and launch of a unified managed account program.

While in her second year of law school, Ms. Chandler was a student attorney in the Community Economic Development Clinic, receiving the Outstanding Student Lawyer award for her performance. As a student attorney, she worked with co-counsel and supervising attorneys to advise a client on forming a nonprofit entity. Ms. Chandler also presented entity selection considerations to a group of startup small business owners in the Denver community.

During her law school summers, Ms. Chandler worked as a law clerk at Long Reimer Winegar LLP.
