Please Further Note: This is to inform you of an upcoming change in our billing policy regarding credit card payments. Effective August 1, 2025, LRW will begin applying a 2% credit card processing fee to all client payments made via credit card. This fee reflects actual cost incurred by our firm to process credit card transactions and is in compliance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines. To avoid this surcharge, clients may continue to pay by check, ACH transfer, or other non-credit methods, which will remain free of any processing fees. This policy helps us keep our rates fair and transparent while ensuring we can continue to offer convenient payment options. Please note that this policy does not apply to retainer or other payments made to a client IOLTA/trust account.
