Kaylee A. Harmon
Kaylee is an associate working out of the firm’s Cheyenne office. She focuses her practice on trust and estate administration, estate and business planning, and related civil litigation. Bolstered by her experience clerking for the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, Kaylee is able to research and evaluate complex matters and devise plans that help clients achieve their desired outcomes. As a Wyoming native, Kaylee understands and appreciates her clients’ values and can help clients navigate through probate, trust, business, and real estate-related transactions.

Kaylee received her B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration in 2015, graduating with distinction from Park University, and her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2019, graduating with honors and as a member of the Order of the Coif. Kaylee is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Montana, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming.
Community Service
Kaylee serves on the Board of United Way of Laramie County and volunteers with various of its program partners. She is also on the Board of the Southeast Wyoming Estate Planning Council, and is Treasurer of the American Inns of Court – Ewign T. Kerr Chapter.

Experience
While in law school, Kaylee served as a Student Editor for the Wyoming Law Review and was a Semi-Finalist and Best Oralist Award Recipient at the 2019 Jeffery G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in New York. In addition to her time as a summer law clerk at Long Reimer Winegar LLP, Kaylee externed for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Kelly H. Rankin, interned at the Laramie County District Attorney’s Office in Cheyenne Wyoming, and worked for the University of Wyoming’s Student Legal Services Office. Upon graduation, Kaylee clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Scott W. Skavdahl in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming.
