Ms. Harmon joined the firm in 2020 and works out of the firm’s Cheyenne, Wyoming office. Ms. Harmon is a Cheyenne, Wyoming native.
Education and Licensure: Ms. Harmon received her B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration in 2015, graduating with distinction from Park University, and her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2019, graduating with honors and as a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Harmon is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming.
Prior Experience: While in law school, Ms. Harmon served as a Student Editor for the Wyoming Law Review and was a Semi-Finalist and Best Oralist Award Recipient at the 2019 Jeffery G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in New York. In addition to her time as a summer law clerk at Long Reimer Winegar LLP, Ms. Harmon externed for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Kelly H. Rankin, interned at the Laramie County District Attorney’s Office in Cheyenne Wyoming, and worked for the University of Wyoming’s Student Legal Services Office. Upon graduation, Ms. Harmon clerked for the Honorable Judge Scott W. Skavdahl in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming.
